On 19 May 2008, Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will start the national tour of the photo exhibition for the visually impaired.

For the first time in Europe, Fund of Arseniy Yatseniuk "Open Ukraine" presents an exhibition of tactile photos of Yuriy Bilak "To Touch and See". The visually impaired will have an opportunity to visit an exhibition in Chernihiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk.

Open Ukraine is an international charitable fund established on initiative of Arseniy Yatseniuk in July 2007 for consolidation of Ukraine´s authority in the world, and development of public democracy.
